Our menu changes daily and offers you a choice of 12 dishes, including vegetarian options. Your food is freshly prepared daily and delivered to your door. This is the easiest way to stay on plan!

We offer our meal plan to everyone, regardless of whether you’re on the SPR programme. However, we strongly recommend trying the programme at least once for a transformative experience.

Frequently asked questions

Can my busy lifestyle manage the programme and meal plan?

Absolutely. Many previous participants managed to smash their SPR wave despite hectic schedules, deadlines, moves, trips or family life. We will be giving you advice on how to manage difficult situations or injuries to ensure you continue to stay on plan.

Can I go to restaurants whilst on the programme?

Absolutely! Most, if not all UAE hotels and restaurants will accommodate your request to modify a meal. Don’t be shy! This is your 75 days to achieve phenomenal results so make the most out of it. We will tell you what options you can have whilst eating out that will keep you on plan.

Do you delivery the meal plan outside of the UAE?

We only deliver to the UAE…for now.

Can I do the meal plan if I’m currently breast feeding?

Absolutely! We have many breastfeeding Mamas on our programme. Just ensure you inform us that you are breastfeeding when you join so we provide tailored information for you.

Can I pay my meal plan in instalments?

We are currently working on an option for this and aim to have this set up in the nearest future.

What’s the difference between SPR's "Post Work-Out Shake" and "Meal Replacement Shake"?

Our Post Workout Shakes are used after a workout.
Our Meal Replacement Shakes are used to replace a meal.

They have different purposes so don’t mix them up!

Can I do the programme at home?

The Six Pack Revolution is a virtual programme so it can be done anywhere.

How much variety is there in the menu?

Our menu changes DAILY and offers you 12 dishes to choose from – 6 Meals and 6 Snacks. Your food is freshly prepared by our Chefs and delivered to your front door!

What’s the daily calorie count on SPR?

Controversial answer. We don’t count calories on The Six Pack Revolution! Our meal plan focuses on getting a healthy balance across every dish. This surprises many but it is more sustainable, enjoyable and it works.

Do you have a vegetarian or vegan menu?

Our meal plans cater to vegetarians, and though many of our dishes cater for vegans, we don’t have an official vegan meal plan.

I have dietary/allergy requirements. Will this be an issue?

We offer you a wide variety of 12 dishes daily so you would be able to avoid the ingredients you can’t have. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Do I have to eat rabbit food for 75 days?

Oh gosh no! The SPR meal plan is all about a healthy, clean BALANCE on every plate. We don’t believe it a low carb, low fat or lettuce filled diet. That’s why it’s sustainable and enjoyable!
