Any cancellations and/or refunds can only be given by exception so long as it is granted by POP LLC management, with payment sent back to the customer within ten working days but could take up to 30 days, via the same mode of payment originally executed. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will only be granted in situations such as sending wrong product, or damage product which may have occurred through shipping.
We accept refund made within 1 hour of delivery, only if the delivered products are damaged or is an incorrect product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment as granted by POP LLC management
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Any Refund will be subject to processing fees of up to 90.00 AED per transaction.
